Insights From China

Hello,

Well, the semester is nearly over. I haven't been able to cover as much of the E3 contents as I wanted to.
I would have liked to do some PowerPoint presentations, but have not had enough time.
Next semester we will do the newsgroups/blogging again, and some presentations.

I need to ask you to write some more blogs before the end of this semester. The first topic is Insights From China, the short film we watched last week. Actually, I found the topic very interesting. I teach here in Japan and I am often told that university students don't want to study English, but they have to.

Well, maybe this is the case for some students. I think that it can be a very useful skill to have. The example of China, last week, demonstrates this.

For your blog topic, I would like to choose 2 discussion questions from Activity 7 and write a post. Please remember that this is part of the assessment, so two short sentences, for example, is not enough!!

I will also ask you to answer some questions about the newsgroup/blogging activity. Please take some time to answer the questions properly, as I want to make this activity better, and value your opinions.
